About Pari Solutions

Built Around the Decisions That Determine Crane Reliability

Most crane problems do not begin on the day a crane stops. They begin much earlier — in an incomplete requirement, an overlooked operating condition, a design assumption, a component decision or a maintenance action that was never closed.

Pari Solutions was built around the belief that the same engineering attention must continue across the entire crane lifecycle. The decisions made during requirement definition affect procurement. Procurement affects installation. Installation affects commissioning. And every one of those decisions eventually affects daily reliability.

That is why Pari Solutions works from design to execution and from commissioning to dependable operation. We help plants define what the crane must do, examine whether the proposed system can do it safely, support execution on site and establish the maintenance discipline required after handover.

Technology supports this work by keeping inspections, preventive maintenance, failures, documents and open actions visible. It does not replace engineering judgement. It makes sure important engineering information is not lost between teams, vendors and service visits.

Pari Solutions exists to give manufacturing teams one technically accountable partner across the decisions that determine how reliably an EOT crane performs.

Leadership

The Specialist Behind Pari Solutions

Pari Solutions is built on more than three decades spent where engineering decisions meet daily plant reality.

Across his career, Karanam Srinivas has worked with EOT cranes, industrial operations and project execution, including plant leadership within crane manufacturing and material-handling engineering. This experience has given him a practical understanding of why crane projects succeed—or fail.

A technically sound design still depends on the right duty classification, structural interfaces, installation quality, commissioning discipline, operator practices, maintenance access and long-term follow-through. Treating any one of these in isolation can leave the plant with recurring breakdowns, unsafe operating conditions or an expensive system that does not suit the actual application.

Pari Solutions represents the next chapter of that experience. Srinivas works directly with industrial teams to understand the operating environment, examine the complete lifting system and determine what the plant genuinely needs—whether that is better specification, corrective engineering, structured inspection, modernization, maintenance planning or execution support.

The principle is straightforward: understand the plant first, identify the actual engineering risk and recommend only what the operation needs.

Engineering principles

How We Think About Crane Engineering

Specify From Operating Conditions

Capacity and duty class are set from actual load, cycle and environment — not the nearest catalogue default.

Verify Before Committing

Vendor drawings and quotations are checked against the requirement before a purchase order is issued.

Maintenance Follows Duty

Preventive schedules reflect how a crane is actually used, not a generic manufacturer interval.

Every Finding Is Recorded

Inspection and maintenance history stays with the crane, not with whoever happened to do the work.

Independent Judgement

Recommendations are made on engineering merit, independent of any single vendor's product line.

Plain Technical Communication

Findings are explained in terms plant, engineering and procurement teams can act on directly.

How we work

With Your Customers and Vendors, Not in Their Place

Pari Solutions works alongside your existing vendors and contractors, not in competition with them. Our role is technical — defining requirements, reviewing proposals and drawings, and verifying installation and execution — while manufacturing, fabrication and on-site labour remain with your chosen suppliers.

This keeps accountability clear: vendors are responsible for their equipment and workmanship; Pari Solutions is responsible for the engineering position guiding the decision.
