Inspection workflow

Digital Checklists Replace the Paper Clipboard

Findings are logged against the specific crane and component, with pass or fail status, notes and photos. Any failed item can be converted directly into a corrective action, so an inspection finding does not have to be re-typed into a separate system to be acted on.

A Fault Is Not Resolved Until the Record Says So

Breakdowns are logged with symptom, component and downtime, and tracked through to a closed corrective action. Repeat faults on the same crane or component are visible at a glance, so a pattern is caught before it becomes the fourth callout instead of the first.
